2 cups coconut milk (gata) casserole

PPOCEDURE
1. Heat gulaman in 2 cups water until it dissolves.
2. Add coconut milk.
3. Stir the mixture and heat over a low flame.
4. Pour in a mold and let it cool.
5. To make syrup, boil brown sugar in ½ cup water and add sago.
6. Serve tahu with syrup.
